  • Tickets: ticket purchases are made on our ticketing partner's platform, which applies its own privacy policy.

  • Responding to your information requests: performance of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry.

  • Sending you our newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

  • Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website: legitimate interest.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the Amaclio Productions teams in charge of visitor relations and communications. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, email delivery, ticketing) acting as processors, and is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

  • Contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange.

  • Newsletter sign-up: until you unsubscribe, then for a maximum of 3 years.
